Brigette McInnis-Day
Brigette McInnis-Day is executive vice president of Human Resources for SAP, responsible for overseeing SAP’s largest organizational unit, Global Customer Operations (GCO), led by President and Global Managing Board member Robert Enslin. Brigette leads the HR Business Partner organization that focuses on global, regional and country specific enablement of all respective GCO business leaders and employees, accounting for more than 25,000 people worldwide. She has piloted and run initiatives including Build your Brand, LEAP (Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program), Talent Roundtables, and People Communities. Previously, Brigette was the head of Human Resources for the U.S. and the North America GCO team, after nearly four years as an HR Director at SAP’s global headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. Prior to Germany, she was the lead HR Business Partner for the mid-market and ecosystem business in the U.S. Brigette joined SAP in 2002 as Director of Total Rewards for North America.
