Greta Roberts
CEO and Co-founder of Talent Analytics, Corp., is responsible for charting a predictive analytics approach and software platform to solving employee challenges. She was elected Program Chair for Predictive Analytics World for Workforce and is on the faculty at the International Institute for Analytics and the International Customer Management Institute. Her unique perspective to use analytics to solve “line of business” challenges instead of “HR” challenges, and modeling business outcomes instead of HR outcomes, has led Talent Analytics to be the recognized leader in predicting employee performance and attrition. Her firm focuses on high value, high turnover positions where reduced attrition or increased performance can yield millions of dollars in bottom line savings or income.
