Meghan Cook
Meghan Cook, Program Director, Center for Technology in Government, University at Albany/State University of New York, works with teams from government, corporate, and academic organizations to address information management challenges through a unique collaborative process focused on the policy, management, and technology issues in the public sector. In this role, she leads projects with local, state, federal and international governments in order to inform both research and practice of digital government. Meghan has over 16 years of experience in intergovernmental information management, public value analysis and planning, open government, open data, information sharing, community building, and public sector strategic investing.
