Rick Thompson is VP Talent Management at Rising Medical Solutions, one of Chicago’s fastest growing private companies. He is the father of two Millennial children and leads a predominately Millennial team in creating a unique, strengths-based corporate culture. Rick is passionate about employee development – helping people and organizations realize their hidden potential. Previously, he worked in leadership development at United Airlines and spent 15 years in editorial management in educational publishing. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University. A certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Predictive Index, he is also a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
