Chris Boyce is an accomplished technology entrepreneur who brings more than 15 years of consumer loyalty, enterprise and consumer software experience to Virgin Pulse. Leveraging Virgin’s philosophy that business should be a force for good, Chris’ leadership has been instrumental in guiding Virgin Pulse’s development of market-leading products and services that help employers improve workforce health, boost employee engagement, and enhance corporate culture. Chris has a deep background in corporate and consumer loyalty programs. He was the co-founder and former VP of Business Development at Upromise, an online loyalty coalition and college savings account business. There, he built a business development team that now boasts the largest and most comprehensive partner coalition of any loyalty program in the U.S. Before founding Upromise, Chris founded and served as director of the health care business unit at Trilogy Development Group. Chris has a MBA from Harvard Business School.
