Toni Wilson
Toni Wilson is the Principal of AquaInternational Leadership Consulting. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources with leading international and domestic companies. Her areas of expertise include executive management of the HR function, development and implementation of organizational values and culture change, strategic diversity management, leadership development, leadership performance coaching/mentoring, business ethics and organizational effectiveness. She has been an instructor for the HR Certification Program at University of California at Berkeley Extension and currently teaches in the HR Management Certification Program at the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to consulting, Ms. Wilson held senior executive and senior management positions in HR, Diversity, Organizational Development and Learning & Development with Syntex Pharmaceuticals, The Gap, Inc., the California State Automobile Association (AAA) and Levi Strauss & Co.
