Adam Winkler
UCLA Professor, Adam Winkler, is a specialist in American constitutional law & instructs on such topics as Professional Responsibility, Gun Control & Firearms Policy. His work has been cited and quoted in landmark Supreme Court cases, including opinions addressing the Second Amendment. His commentary has been featured on media outlets such as CNN, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and others. Adam attended the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, then earned his JD from New York University. Adam’s first case following law school was with noted criminal defense lawyer, Howard Weitzman, representing the late Michael Jackson in his child-molestation case, then a member of the initial defense team representing O.J. Simpson. Adam clerked on the US Court of Appeals and then received his master’s degree from UCLA in political science.
