Through a long journey of anxiety and depression, Dianne Morr set out to become an authority about happiness – who had it, how they got it, what they do differently, how they live, what they eat, who they associated with. She became a keen student of happiness principles and Positive Psychology. She delved into the work of leaders in the Positive Psychology community. She explored dozens of ways to bring more happiness into her life and published the results in her book, Choose Happy, 25 Happiness Habits to Transform Your Life. Dianne is now on a mission to help everyone she meets to claim the happiness they deserve and to share it with the important people in their lives. She continues to study, write and speak on Happiness Habits to Transform Your Life, Happiness at Work, Happiness for Mothers and Caregivers, and Sharing Happiness with Others. When not writing and speaking about happiness, she helps speakers and other professionals write and publish books.
