Barbara is a Certified Individual, Organizational and Executive Coach through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She holds Masters Degrees in both Public Administration and Gerontology and completed a Wexner Heritage Foundation Fellowship.
