Laleh Alemzadeh Hancock is an Advocate of Caregivers and Youth of all ages, Laleh Hancock started her career inside the classroom and in various departments of the hospital. Her diverse career path led her to many leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Intergenerational Programs & Services at Easter Seals serving children and adults with special needs and disabilities. Laleh has empowered many families with their caregiving needs and challenges, support for their children and family members with diagnosed special needs and/or disabilities, along with financial planning needs. Laleh was also a member of the Governor’s Maryland Caregivers Support Coordinating Council for four years. As a Management Consultant and a Certified Transformational Coach, Laleh utilizes various tools and techniques to educate, empower, and enable individuals of all ages, corporations, and non-profits! In addition, Laleh's companies provide Specialized Services for the Youth and Caregivers.
