Rachel Robinson
Rachel Robinson, RD is the in-store Registered Dietitian at ShopRite of Kingston. As a retail dietitian for ShopRite, Rachel is responsible for providing health and wellness education and outreach to ShopRite associates, customers and community partners through a variety of free programs such as supermarket tours, workshops, one-on-one consultations, and culinary demos. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Nutrition Science from Brooklyn College and completed her Dietetic Internship at St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark, NJ. Rachel has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY and most recently, as the Clinical Nutrition Manager for Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, NY. She enjoys cooking and baking, in addition to keeping active. While versed in all areas of nutrition, Rachel has special interests in pediatrics and the gluten free diet."
