Andrew Harvey
Andrew Harvey is Founder Director of the Institute of Sacred Activism, an organization of concerned people who want to create peace and sustainability through institutional and systemic change. Andrew is passionate about fusing spiritual knowledge, courage, love, and passion with wise radical action in the world. Having lived in both India and England during his childhood, Andrew has a sense of the unity of religions and a vision of a world infused with the sacred. Andrew has studied and practiced Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Sufi mysticism and written and edited over 30 books. He has taught at Oxford and Cornell as well as other colleges and spiritual centers.
