Steve Bernard
Steve is an Organisational Development Coach & founder of Connectwell – The Relationship Company. He’s passionate about people realising their potential through effective relationships. He works with ambitious managers, leaders & teams to support them in engaging more effectively, performing exceptionally & building capability. Prior to Connectwell he had spent 11 years in aviation & 8 in consulting, in his 27 years in business, Steve has helped numerous organisations realise their strategic ambitions through coaching, change & leadership programmes. His own ability to create valuable, trusting relationships has helped him to manage large scale change programmes and give other leaders the confidence to do so with authenticity. Clients include Royal Mail, the RCN, British Airways, Wates, Glatfelter, RSA & the Home Office. Steve has spoken on Leadership at Oxford University, built the collaboration programme for the BBC and has also guest lectured on the topic in a Master’s Programme
