Wendi Middleton
Wendi Middleton is Director of the Program and Partnership Development Division at the Michigan Office of Services to the Aging (OSA). Wendi leads OSA’s effort to integrate person-centered planning (PCP) into the aging network and works developing Michigan’s emerging Aging and Disability Resource Collaboratives (ADRC’S) and ADRC standards, specifically leading the team creating Options Counseling training and certification. Wendi is an educator and mentor with the Eden Alternativetm, a long-term care culture change model and was instrumental in bringing the Eden Alternative to Michigan in the mid-1990’s. She has extensive experience in advocacy, public relations, program development, grants management, Medicare/Medicaid and health benefits counseling, volunteer program administration, long term care culture change and quality improvement, person-centered planning, public/private partnership development and coalition building. Wendi has a BS from Western Michigan University.
