Simone Morris
Simone Morris is an award-winning Diversity and Inclusion Leader with numerous years of experience in Employee Resource Group Leadership roles. As ERG Advisor, she pioneered the need for organization investment dollars to build ERG Leadership Capabilities and recognize volunteer contributions. Simone continues to leverage her project management and technical background for her D&I work launching the first ERG online portal and building social media strategies for ERGs. She is a frequent presenter at the Network Affinity Leadership Congress. Simone is a published diversity thought leader with articles in Profiles in Diversity Journal, Diversity Best Practices, SmartRecruiters, Recruitment Buzz, and Employer Brand News. She currently serves as the Diversity Director for the Southern CT Society for Human Resource Management Chapter.
