Executive Chef & Pam Raphael Butch Raphael has always wanted to be a chef and loves to try new foods. Ideas are always popping into his head when it comes to food! Every 'whole in the wall' restaurant worth eating at, has been tried by Butch. He earned a bachelor degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Southern Illinois University and an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has cooked with Certified Master Chefs, highly esteemed chefs and in kitchens overseas. Additionally, he has done extensive work for Whole Foods Market and US Airways in designing their menus and food placement. He himself is a Certified Executive Chef. His style of cooking is a reflection of not only his classical French culinary education, but his own Asian ethnicity and many years of travel with his wife Pam. His food is very pure and natural. Artificial food options are not included in his food and Butch strives to create a clean culinary experience that has a simple look and beautiful to the eye. Butch & Pam Raphael currently live in Phoenix Arizona with their three children.
