Ryan Sullivan

Ryan Sullivan is Policy Director for Michigan Consumers for Healthcare (MCH). He staffs MCH's Policy Workgroup and assists with fund development and outreach activities. Previously, Ryan served as Director of Policy for Texas State Senator Carlos Uresti, where he oversaw work on key policy initiatives related to child and elder abuse and neglect, guardianship reform, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Medicaid. He also clerked the Texas House Committee on Government Reform following his work as a Legislative Fellow at the University of Houston Health Law and Policy Center. Ryan graduated from the University of Michigan with Distinction, attended the University of Texas School of Public Health, and received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2008.
