Brenda Pohlman, Senior Recognition Strategist, is an accomplished HR consultant, recognition strategist and business leader by background. Serving as a Senior Recognition Strategist for Globoforce she works with clients helping to set program strategy and design and evaluate current programs against benchmarks. Her career experience spans varied work ranging from employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, talent assessment, and training, serving clients such as Bank of America, JetBlue, Cisco, Belgacom, SAP, Nestle, and Phillips 66. Prior to joining Globoforce, Brenda served for many years as HR Consulting Practice Leader for Employers Resource Council (ERC) in Cleveland, OH. During her time at ERC she also served in the roles of Director of Member Services and Director of Training. Brenda holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
