Jessica Lehmann

Jessica Lehmann, MS, RDN, is a nationally recognized nutrition expert. As a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Jessica is passionate about retraining our palates so that we crave foods that nourish us from the inside out. She believes that balance, variety, and a sense of adventure are the key to a healthy relationship with food. Jessica is a full-time faculty member in the Nutrition Program at Arizona State University. She writes a monthly food and nutrition column called “Foodwise” for the print edition of Raising Arizona Kids magazine, which is in its 25th year of production and reaches over 140,000 readers every month. Her nutrition expertise is often showcased on the national television show “The List.” Jessica is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Central Arizona District Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Dietetic Practice Group. She played women’s varsity ice hockey at Wesleyan University and enjoys tennis, yoga, hiking, strollerblading, and dancing in her kitchen with her kids. Jessica lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband, Greg, and their sons Oliver, Felix, and Adrian. When she’s not at a t-ball or baseball game or chauffeuring kids around in her minivan, she can often be found at the local farmers’ market, experimenting with new recipes, or making homemade stock.
