Irene Clements
Irene Clements currently serves as the president of the National Foster Parent Association and Public Policy Chair of the Texas Foster Family Association. Irene is past president of the Texas Foster Family Association. She serves as the Chair on the Board of Directors of EveryChild, Inc. and brings her knowledge of parenting children with disabilities to the organization as they work to bring children who have been institutionalized due to their disabilities home to families.
