Michele Steele is a cross-platform anchor and reporter for ESPN, where her stories have aired on SportsCenter, Baseball Tonight and Outside the Lines. Steele has reported live from the Super Bowl, the Masters, the Final Four, MLB’s All-Star Game and the Kentucky Derby. Prior to her time at the Worldwide Leader, she worked at Bloomberg Television as the network’s only sports reporter. There she interviewed NCAA president Mark Emmert, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, NBA Commissioner David Stern, numerous athletes and league owners and regularly broke news related to the big sports business issues of the day. Steele was also a senior reporter for Forbes video on-demand service and a regular contributor to Forbes on Fox. She has a bachelor degree in economics with honors from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
