Cheryl Csiky

Cheryl Csiky is the development and communication officer for Gridlock Ministries. Gridlock Ministries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that exists to create gridlock in human trafficking and eliminate roadblocks to recovery. Through her work at Gridlock, they focus on executing strategies to physically rescue victims of captivity. Once they have reached a certain point in their healing process the organization offers them a full community college scholarship. Cheryl raises awareness in the community from churches to business owners to help advocate and end demand of buying humans who are enslaved. She shares with others how she overcame child sexual abuse, exploitation and teen pregnancy in a mid suburban town as a voice to empower and help others who are struggling hope to thrive. After witnessing semi trucks lined up as customers to young girls on the streets of Chicago, she will continue to reach the country on protecting our American youth from this gruesome crime.
