Bill Beeler
Bill Beeler is CEO and founder of Risk Solutions Captive, Inc., a captive insurance company located in Hendersonville, Tenn. that provides innovative solutions for companies with 50 or more employees in the self-funded arena. Bill has more than 39 years of experience serving as an administrator and consultant to employee benefit trust plans. His experience includes serving on the Administrator’s Committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans as well as extensive dealings with the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service with regard to 501(c)9 Benefit Trust Plans. Before forming Health Cost Solutions, formerly W.C. Beeler and Company and current RSC partner, Bill was vice president of a nationwide third-party administrative firm. He has served a number of associations and organizations as an expert on employee benefit plans and has conducted a variety of workshops and seminars on employee benefits.
