Jack Devine

Jack Devine is a thirty-two-year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency. He is also a founding partner and the president of The Arkin Group, an international risk consulting and intelligence firm and lives in New York City. While at the CIA, Jack served as both Acting Director and Associate Director of the CIA’s operations outside the United States and had supervisory authority over thousands of CIA employees involved in sensitive operations. Jack served in many positions inside the CIA such as the Latin American Division Chief, the Head of the Counternarcotic Center, and the Afghan Task Force. He is a recipient of CIA’s Meritorious Officer Award for successfully countering Soviet aggression in the Afghanistan region as well as the Agency’s Distinguished Intelligence Medal and other meritorious awards. He authored articles for a number of news organizations and made guest appearances on the major TV channels as well as the History and Discovery Channels and PBS.
