Rickey Russell
Rickey Russell advocates for clean, abundant waterways and healthy marine and freshwater ecosystems throughout California. Mr. Russell provides his water quality expertise for testimony and written comments on water quality programs, policies, permits and monitoring plans, and represents CCKA at public meetings and hearings. Rickey holds a B.A. in History from San Diego State University, and a Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.
