Dr. Karin Dina, D.C.
Dr. Karin Dina, D.C. is a researcher, health writer, educator, and health enthusiast. She has an honors educational background in chiropractic, naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University, biology, and human nutrition. She is the co-creator and instructor of the Science of Raw Food Nutrition™ series of classes at the Living Light Culinary Institute with her husband, Dr. Rick Dina, D.C and enjoys teaching people about the science behind the benefits of whole natural plant foods.
