Dr. David Hall
Dr David Hall left corporate comfort in 2011 to pursue his passion for business transformation – founding The Ideas Centre Ltd. The organisation coaches businesses of all types in mechanisms for “new thinking”, introducing an “ideas culture” that then feeds the innovation process. Prior to that, Dave was CEO of HFL Sport Science Ltd, a drug surveillance and contract research organisation which entered The Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2005. More generally - since 1984 he has held leadership positions in a range of sectors (oil & gas, scientific instrumentation, contract electronics) driving engineering, marketing and manufacturing management. Creativity, innovation, and a pursuit of the perfect culture provide a common thread throughout his career to date. He has also won the E-on Award – “UK’s Most Energetic Boss, became visiting Professor in Business Creativity at the University of Bedfordshire and has his own on-line TV show called Connexions.
