Michelle Davidson is a board certified holistic health coach, licensed massage therapist and registered dental hygienist. Her most important and gratifying occupation is being a mom. After navigating her way through divorce, depression and weight gain, she decided to take control of her life. Shortly after, 7 Steps to A.W.E.S.O.M.ETM was born. This program combines Michelle’s academic knowledge and life experience to help moms with their biggest and most common challenges. She shares her knowledge and provides support by teaching others how to lose weight, reduce stress and have more energy. Michelle’s spiritual, holistic approach to health focuses on diet and exercise and how they affect personal and professional relationships.
