Anders Nilsson

Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Anders Nilsson has a Master of Engineering degree from the Royal Institute of Technology and a PhD in Physics from Uppsala University, Sweden, He was invited to UC Berkeley as a visiting scientist from 1994 through 1997and in 2000 he became Professor of Photon Science at Stanford University. Also a Professor of Chemical Physics at Stockholm University he splits his time between Sweden and California. Nilsson is an internationally recognized scientist whose work on water was recently featured on the cover of the pre-eminent science magazine, Nature and covered by Scientific American and he was featured on the Science Channel’s Through the Wormhole. He has authored or co-authored over 250 scientific papers and one scientific book. Independent from his role as professor, he has nurtured a strong spiritual awakening that has been guided over the years by his own inner voice. He is the author of the recently published book, The Gentle Way of the Heart.
