Bart M. Schwartz is Chairman & CEO of SolutionPoint International, Inc., the parent company for Guidepost Solutions, Bode Technology Group and NSM Surveillance. Described by The New York Times as the person "often sought out in...thorny situations" by corporations, Mr. Schwartz has wide experience providing advice and support to corporations, governments and individuals. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schwartz served under US Attorney Rudolph Giuliani as Chief of the Criminal Division in the Southern District of NY. In that post, Bart had responsibility for overseeing prosecutions related to business fraud, organized crime, and other types of white collar crime. Bart has had numerous court and other appointments to monitor the conduct of corporations in a wide variety of industries. Bart was a partner in a New York law firm specializing in federal civil and white-collar litigation. In 1991 Bart founded and was CEO of Decision Strategies, an internationally recognized investigative and security firm. He has conducted many domestic and international investigations, including internal investigations and inquiries relating to human resource matters, compliance issues, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, fraud, asset searching and due diligence. Bart is a 1971 graduate of the New York University School of Law and a 1968 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
