Joe Barkai is an independent manufacturing industry analyst and consultant on product development, product management, and technical and business consulting to the automotive, industrial equipment, high tech and medical equipment industries. He provides guidance to software vendors and IT service providers in business strategies, competitive analysis, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. He also assists manufacturing companies in assessing business process maturity as a foundation to formulating an IT strategy and software selection.
