Karen Taube

Karen Taube is a Relationship Coach with a mission to empower people to love themselves so that they can create love, joy and abundance in their lives. She will partner with you to take your relationships and your life from surviving to THRIVING. With over 20 years of experience supporting and empowering individuals, organizations, teens and victims of domestic abuse, she brings warmth, empathy and a true understanding of the trauma that challenging relationships can bring. One of her core beliefs is that by developing a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves, we attract and sustain healthy and loving relationships in our lives. Karen has a BA in Psychology from Trinity College of Vermont along with a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College. She is a life long learner and has taken numerous Masters Degree courses in Community Mental Health Counseling with a special interest in the field of Positive Psychology. She has also attended numerous trainings on communication, relationships, and the effects of trauma on individuals and families. She has educated thousands of adolescents and adults on the characteristics of a healthy relationship, self-esteem, communication skills and boundary setting. She received her certification as a Professional Life & Relationship Coach and as an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Karen is passionate about spending time with the people that she loves, yoga, meditation, hiking and giving back to the community. She volunteers her time with a local Domestic Violence Crisis Center, the Salem, NH Farmers Market, the Salem School District and the Salem Lions Club.
