John Harrington
Mr. Harrington is a Senior Vice President of the firm and is a member of F-Squared’s Investment Committee. He is also responsible for the firm’s Global Consultant Relations efforts. Mr. Harrington has over 24 years of experience in the investment industry. Previously, Mr. Harrington was Director of Investments at Rampart Investment Management in Boston, a firm focused on enhanced income and protective strategies via the use of derivatives. Prior to joining Rampart, Mr. Harrington co-managed the Mid Cap Growth Portfolio at Wellington Management Company, LLP. Mr. Harrington’s career has also included product management positions at both Wellington and Schroders, NA, as well as portfolio management roles at Munder Capital Management in Birmingham, MI. He began his career in financial services at the consulting firm Rogers, Casey and Associates, where he led the equity manager research division. Mr. Harrington earned a BA in English from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut at Storrs. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991
