Richard Newton
Richard is a co-founder of OP3Nvoice, a tech company that is making extraordinary things possible with video and audio. In 2013 the company moved its HQ from London to Austin, Texas. Many, many years before this, Richard was a business journalist for various Sunday newspapers in London. Having criticised from the sidelines he decided to experience life at the sharp end of the business pages; The actually-doing-business end. He launched his first start up around the turn of the millennium. And it was tough, and it was also exhilarating. And since then he has been heavily involved in establishing and working with technology start up companies either as co-founder, mentor, or as provider of moralising grisly war stories from his past. His first book, Stop Talking Start Doing - A kick in the pants in six parts (Capstone, 2011) was the #1 business book in WHSmith for over 56 weeks and has been published in 12 languages.
