Richard Fleming
Richard Fleming is a partner in Bain & Company’s New York office, where he is a member of the Financial Service and Performance Improvement Practices. He joined the firm in 2001. Richard has worked across a number of industries including financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, airlines and telecommunications. His experience covers strategy development, operational performance improvement and program management, supported a bank post-merger integration program. Led streams focused on contact centre performance and customer experience improvement, and wealth management. Prior to Bain, Richard was a Manager at Accenture in Europe. He holds an MBA from Australian Graduate School and a BA honors in Physics from Oxford University.
