Tracey Fellowes

Tracey Fellowes received her MSc. in Human Ecology from the University of Alberta. Over the past 30 years she built a career as a professional agent-of-change in the non-profit and business world, helping people and organizations achieve their goals. Her experience ranges from teaching parenting classes to teaching prison inmates life skills, and from selling software to Fortune 500 companies to assisting sales teams improve their results. What fuels her passion is seeing people embracing change, reaching for excellence and improving their lives. In 2013 Tracey left the corporate world to switch her focus to health and nutrition. Her aim is to provide individuals with the tools they require to achieve better health through changing their behaviours and habits. To this end she is currently pursuing studies in Holistic Nutrition and Integrative Health Coaching, and will be relaunching her business as Restart Health and Nutrition Coaching in September 2015.
