Dr. Effie Chow
Awarded as a Pioneer and Leader of Oriental Medicine in the USA. In July 2000, Dr. Chow was appointed by President Clinton to the original 15-member White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Policy. She is a world-renowned Qigong Grandmaster energy healer, nurse, acupuncturist, and author. Recipient of the “Visionary of the Year 1997” “The Humanitarian of the Year 1999” and “The Visionary of the Decade 2000” Awards. 2013 awarded Grandmaster of Extraordinary Qi Energy Healing. Recently June 2016, Appointed as Assistant Professor Adjunct Faculty University of Hawaii John A. Burn School of Medicine, Division of Integrated Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Dr.Chow has over 50 years’ experience in integrating Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western Medicine. In 2017 China honored her as one of the ten treasures in the First Museum in the World on Chinese Medical Qigong.
