Tonja Erismann
Tonja Erismann is Head of Innovation DNA in SAP’s Global Services Innovation group. She has over 15 years of emerging technology management and consulting experience with leading global businesses. Since joining SAP in 2010, Tonja has worked in SAP strategic initiatives heading programs in the areas of Innovation Management, Mobile, UX and IOT. A senior Design Thinking coach, Tonja holds an executive MBA in ICT from University of Fribourg (Switzerland), in collaboration with University of Cambridge (UK) and East China University of Science and Technology. Her academic background is in Mathematics, IT and Linguistics. She has authored several publications, e.g. "Defining Innovative Mobile Strategies”, “Das Überall-Unternehmen” (Computerwoche), and “The iWorker, the emPLAYee, and the COLLABourer – your Staff of the Future?”. Prior to SAP, Tonja worked in the Telecom and IT industry. She started her career as a Quality Manager in a Swiss mobile software start-up.
