Joe Stiles
Beginning as a bail enforcement agent, Joe Stiles has worked in the commercial bail industry since 1986. He opened Bail Fast Bonding in Knoxville, TN in late 1999 and , now serves 22 Tennessee counties and capable of nationwide transfer service. Joe says that with his wife, Darlene, & a superior group of professional agents, the company has over 100 years of combined industry expertise. Joe has served the Tennessee Board of Professional Bail Agents (TAPBA) as a Director-At-Large & as Chair of both the Internet & Education Committees. He was responsible for hosting of the first ever TAPBA state sanctioned continuing education class for bail enforcement agents. In addition, Joe is the first and, to date, only person granted permission by the TAPBA to hold & certify an independent continuing education class for Tennessee bail enforcement agents. Joe serves as Parliamentarian and Central Region Director of the National Association of Bail Bond Investigators (NABBI) which he founded.
