Tracey Delfs received her Heath and Fitness Promotion Degree from the University of Alberta in 1991. Since then she has been helping individuals to decrease stress and find more balance in their daily lives. Tracey is a certified Life Coach, Yoga Teacher and has been studying with Mindfulness Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh for the last 15 years. Through her business, Balance Quest, she offers mindfulness workshops, retreats and speaking engagements. Her passion is to teach individuals how to live in the present moment, finding more peace and happiness in their lives.
