Kathleen has been in the fitness industry for over 35 yrs. she has owned and operated multiple gyms and Pilates studios. she has been an Instructor in University Athletic programs. In 2008 she thought she knew everything about the core so she developed and produced Pilates and Chocolate, a fitness DVD that sells on Amazon.
