Lynda Prendergast, Ph.D.
For over 25 years, Lynda has successfully enhanced the leadership performance of individuals and teams in highly competitive business environments. She founded Insight Leadership Partners and focuses her practice on leadership development, coaching abrasive leaders and conducting team interventions that lead to more successful and satisfying team processes.
Some of the clients Lynda has served are: The Boeing Company, Morgan Stanley Financial Services, Microsoft, University of Washington, American Bankers Association, Fluor Daniel Wright Consulting Engineers, Puget Sound Health Care System, Wells Fargo, and Regents Blue Shield. Lynda has consulted internationally including leadership development projects in Eastern Europe.
Lynda earned a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and a Masters in Organizational Communication from the University of Washington. She is active in the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the Boss Whispering Institute. Her book, “Dreams at Risk: A Book About Men, Meaning and Misery” will be published next year.
