Wendy Pickering Sullivan
Wendy Pickering Sullivan brings nearly 25 years of experience in corporate investigations and business intelligence. Prior to founding Pickering Sullivan Investigations, Ms. Sullivan served as Associate Managing Director of Guidepost Solutions LLC, a global leader in monitoring, compliance, international investigations and risk management solutions. Before joining Guidepost Solutions, she served for 12 years as Senior Director of The OSO Group Ltd., a boutique San Francisco investigations firm trusted by Fortune 100 companies and top tier law firms to conduct business-critical litigation support, internal investigations, due diligence and theft of trade secret investigations around the world. In these roles, Ms. Sullivan and her team actively supervised a network of national and international investigators and conducted research via public and private documents, proprietary databases and interviews.
Ms. Sullivan began her career with Kroll Associates, the world-renowned company that started the corporate investigations industry. For nine years, Ms. Sullivan managed the company’s West Coast research team, overseeing domestic and international investigations, including fraud investigations, corporate contests, due diligence inquiries, assets searches and numerous other types of investigations for a variety of clients.
Ms. Sullivan is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators and the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics. She is a licensed private investigator (California PI No. 28481), and holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
