Martine George, PhD is a thought leader and expert in the areas of business analytics and leadership. She has over 24 years of experience in a variety of roles including analyst, data scientist, middle manager and today as director, in Banking, Energy, Telcos, Logistics, and Financial Services industries. Her focus has always been around strategic business analytics, strategic marketing, knowledge management, campaign management, multi-channel, R&D and innovation. She is in demand as a speaker in Business Analytics conferences globally. Due to her ground-breaking work in the areas of organizational development and strategic business analytics, she was recently appointed Head of the People Analytics Program at a large European bank. She has recently developed an innovative training and coaching approach to develop the communication skills of data scientists. Martine has a PhD in Physics from Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium, and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, in the UK
