Elie Gaines, M.Ed.
Elie Gaines holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has served the field for 30+ years as a parent, community volunteer, teacher, principal, mentor, and national curriculum and leadership consultant. She has worked in various types of schools, including independent private college prep, public district and public charter schools. Elie has trained teachers and school leaders in all school categories also including, besides those mentioned, faith-based private schools. A 2004 Arizona recipient of the Milken Educator Award, she has served in local, state and national education organization and advisory boards such as the Arizona Department of Education, the National Council on Teacher Quality and as an A+ schools judge with the Arizona Education Foundation.
Elie Gaines saw a community need for which there were no such services available in Arizona. She created All Schools Considered (ASC), a personal school search service for students entering Preschool to Grade 12.
