Jeff Clanagan is a consummate player of well over twenty years in the entertainment industry. He launched Codeblack Films in 2012. He was to later take Codeblack into a strategic partnership that now makes it an integral division of Lionsgate. Codeblack's mission is to serve the black community worldwide through the development of a diversified portfolio of feature films and other content produced internally, and through strategic acquisitions targeted to the fast-growing African-American consumer market. Through strategic and pivotal relationships with talents such as Kevin Hart, Jay-Z, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith and Shaquille O’Neal, Jeff Clanagan's Codeblack has been able to form the base for a proven record of cutting-edge properties including Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain, Free Angela, All Political Prisoners and Shaquille O'Neal's All-Star Comedy Jam.
