Chef Tara Anderson
Tara Anderson launched Half Pint Palates, a direct delivery service, to give families a solution to the modern dilemma we face: guilt about not having enough time or ability to make flavorful, nourishing food for our children. Tara has worked on numerous events including the Academy Awards, Five Star Sensation benefiting University Hospital in Cleveland, as well as the L.A. Food and Wine Festival. While working for PepsiCo as their Executive Chef for Foodservice, Tara created menu items for its foodservice clients incorporating PepsiCo portfolio products. Tara enjoys gardening, hanging out with her husband, who is also a chef, spending time on her back porch with her daughters Vivian and Trudy, and entertaining close friends. She is an active member of the Lakewood Service League and Les Dames d’Escoffier serving on both the Dallas and National boards, respectively.
