Dr. Steven Hunt is Senior Vice President of Customer Value at SuccessFactors where he guides development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions to maximize workforce engagement and productivity. He has over 20 years of experience designing systems for human resource applications including performance management, staffing, employee development, culture change, workforce transformation, and succession planning. A recognized expert on strategic human resources, he has played a pivotal role in the implementation of systems that have improved productivity and engagement of millions of employees at hundreds of companies, from small startups to the world’s largest employers. Steven has written two books on HR process design and implementation: “Commonsense talent management: using strategic human resources to increase company performance” (Wiley Press, 2014) and “Hiring success: The art and science of staffing assessment and employee selection” (Wiley Press, 2007).
