Daffney (D.A.) Henry
Daffney (D.A.) Henry is a native Kentucky/Tennessian. She was born in Paris, Tennessee and grew up in Murray, Kentucky. She graduated from Murray High School in 1969 and from Western Kentucky University in 1972 with a BA Degree in Sociology and Social Work and in 1974 with a Master’s Degree in Public Service Counseling. In 2002, she retired from the State of Texas as a Human Resources Executive. Since 1986 she has been a licensed Real Estate professional receiving her Broker license in 1988. She is the Broker/Owner of The Aldion Group Realty a residential brokerage firm serving Austin, TX and surrounding areas. D.A. is a member of the Austin Board of REALTORS where she served as Director from 2008-2010, Texas Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. She is a REALTIST member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and Women’s Council of REALTORS. D.A. holds the highest national real estate designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD), and Affordable Housing Specialist. She has received numerous real estate awards and recognitions for her professional service to the real estate industry and community.
In addition, Daffney is the owner of Solution For Organizations an organizational consulting firm and serves as a Personal and Organizational Coach. Daffney has helped many individuals Achieve Their Potential and Desired Goals.
