Branch was named an All-Conference USA first-team wide receiver as a member of the Louisville Cardinals under then Head Coach John L Smith. Branch continued to increase his draft stock in his senior season, recording a conference -best 1,188 yards and 10 punts for 112 yards to showcase his versatility. That hard work was rewarded when Branch was selected in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots. In the Patriots offense Branch helped Tom Brady flourished, with three AFC Championships and two Super Bowl wins in ( XXXVII, XXXIX ) from Albany,Georgia made his impact felt early by becoming the MVP of Super Bowl XXXIX. Deion continues to be a pillar of society and gives back to his community through the Deion Branch Foundation. A foundation that offers support for children's mental, physical and emotional well-being by assisting programs and initiatives.
